Running ISN'T hard. period.
p.s. I'm here to say that running actually ISN'T hard. If you pace yourself, you will do just fine. Yesterday I started my "training" and ran a mile and a half. I know I know, it was only a mile and a half. BUT I still did it. And I'm setting small goals for myself. Usually, I'll increase the treadmill speed by .2 every 2-3 minutes, and that's where it becomes hard. Yesterday, all I did was run at a constant pace and I sure was sweating a whole lot by the end. But I could have definitely ran more! ;) Try it, see what happens.

Hooray, I am proud of you!
ReplyDeleteI am finding it hard to get motivated. I am going to Wisco this weekend to hang with Jim's parents, and I know bad things will happen - The last time I was there, I ate five tacos from Taco Bell, drank four Ice House beers and smoked a cigarette. I am not 18 anymore, right? Ughhh!!!!!!!!
